Champagne Fleur Blanche 2009 from Maison Beaumont des Crayères is exclusively sourced from Chardonnay’s« Coeur de Cuvée ».This Blanc de blancs champagne is very fresh, expressive and gourmand with fine bubbles.
It offers an expressive nose with a beautiful freshness, while on the palate, the attack is fresh and sweet with a marvelous finish on honey, toasted almond and grapefruit.
Cuvée Fleur Blanche2009 from Maison Beaumont des Crayères is delicious with salmon or a seabass fillet.

Champagne Beaumont Des Crayeres
Created in 1955, Beaumont des Crayères House is a cooperative that has long been committed to sustainable viticulture. 250 winegrowers work with respect for the environment on an 85-hectare estate of vines. One of the particularities of the domain is that the pinot meunier represents more than 60% of the supplies. And the vintage champagnes as well as the prestige vintages are made only from "Cœur de cuvée", whose aptitude for aging is incomparable.
The self-supply, the selection of the grapes, the harvest at ideal maturity, an adapted disgorgement as well as an ageing much longer than what is legally imposed make this House a great Champagne House by the quality of its work and its champagnes.
Regularly rewarded with prizes and recognized internationally, Beaumont des Crayères exports 75% of the 600,000 bottles produced each year.
