Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2010 is a great rosé champagne, full-bodied and well-balanced. It was a difficult year for the grapes, yet Dom Pérignon surpassed itself to offer us an exceptional champagne!
The nose immediately evokes tropical fruit, then orange and tangerine, and finally jasmine and peony. On the palate, we discover an ample, massive, full-bodied champagne. The material unfolds, full of generosity, then tightens on spices.
More than ten years of waiting have produced a deep, fleshy rosé champagne that's perfect with sea urchins, kale or pork belly.
