A blend of three Champagne grape varieties grown using organic farming methods, the Carte Blanche Champagne from VEUVE J LANAUD is a fresh, light, and delicate cuvée that reflects the expertise of this house, which is passionate about its craft.
On the nose, intense aromas of brioche, stewed plum and yellow fruit emerge. The mouth is faithful to the nose, greedy, generous on the fruit. The Chardonnay dominates in the mouth, while the Pinots give a deep length. A well-balanced wine thanks to its discreet touch of acidity. The finish is soft, intense and complex.
This champagne Carte Blanche is ideal for your cocktails and receptions, it offers a great versatility of combinations. This fruity champagne will be perfect as an aperitif or during a meal accompanied by a Sicilian-style vegetable lasagne for example.

Champagne Veuve Lanaud
In 1919, Henry-Léopold Tabourin founded this trading house, which he named after his widowed mother, Joséphine Lanaud. Located on the terroir classified as Grand Cru d'Avize, Veuve Lanaud's vineyards are planted with 75% Chardonnay, mostly classified as Grand Cru de la Côte des Blancs. The preeminence of Chardonnay is a guarantee of the strong ageing potential of the wines.
The vineyard of 12 hectares in reasoned culture and in direction towards the organic culture is distributed on 13 villages of the wine champagne. The particularity of the House is to allow the wines the necessary maturation time in the cellar. The result is obvious, harmonious wines of great quality that reflect the terroir.
