Champagne Carte Jaune from VEUVE CLICQUOT is their most famous cuvée, worldwide acclaimed. It represents the expression of quality and style of this great Maison de Champagne.
This cuvée is elaborated from a blend composed of 55 different Crus, 30 to 45% of which being sourced from the extraordinary collection of the house’s reserve wines. There’s a majority of Pinot Noir (50 to 55%) for the structure, then Chardonnay (28 to 33%) for the fineness and elegance, and Pinot Meunier (15 to 20%).
Following 3 years of aging in cellar, this cuvée offers power and silkiness, and reveals fruit, vanilla and brioche aromas.
Its aromatic intensity and its intense freshness are marvelous for the aperitif, as well as during the meal in accompaniment of seafood, a fish tartar or even with a slice of Parmesan.
Carte Jaune from VEUVE CLICQUOT knows how to turn any relaxing moment into a festive occasion. Each Magnum of champagne is sold in a free Box.

Champagne Veuve Clicquot
After her husband's death in 1805, the famous Barbe-Nicole Ponsardin, nicknamed "the Veuve Clicquot", acquired some of the finest vines, creating an exceptional winegrowing estate that today covers 515 hectares.
The "grande dame of Champagne" also innovated, creating the first blended rosé champagne. Since 1877, the House of Veuve Clicquot has dressed its bottles in a distinctive orange-yellow label, with an anchor, symbolizing hope, as its logo.
