Regarding the Champagne Thienot Blanc de blancs
This Blancs de Blancs champagne is a tribute to the nobility of Chardonnay: the pillar of Maison Thiénot's style and the grape variety ambassador of freshness and finesse.
After three years' ageing, this 100% Chardonnay reveals notes of citrus and orange blossom on the nose. The palate is refreshing, with a superb, dynamic effervescence.
The dosage is 6gr/l, and like all our champagnes, it is low in sulfites.
The refined style of Maison Thiénot's Blanc de Blancs champagne makes it ideal as an aperitif or with fatty fish.

Champagne Thienot
The House of Alain Thiénot, founded in 1985, is the youngest of the great Champagne Houses. This family and independent House was born from the will of Alain Thiénot, champagne broker for many years, to create his own champagnes.
Thanks to his experience and his privileged links with the winegrowers, he ensures a unique supply of grapes because "there is no great champagne without great wines". With his two children, Garance and Stanislas, they continue the development of the house in a resolutely modern spirit like the vintages they elaborate.
