2005 was a wonderful harvest from which Maison POMMERY selected the greatest plots and the most beautiful grapes in order to highlight the wonderful potential of this vintage, while respecting the 3 Grands Crus of Cuvée Louise : Ay, Avize and Cramant.
Cuvée Louise is a tribute to Louise Pommery, it is characterized by an absolute purity which expresses the quintessence of Maison Pommery's oenological know-how.
This cuvée is dosed as an Extra-Brut, thereby preserving perfectly the wine’s personality. It is a champagne of extraordinary style. Just purity and richness…
Cuvée Louise unveils a fine and delicate effervescence. The nose is elegant and develops floral aromas, followed by spicy notes. The palate offers aromas recalling the nose, while the final is of a delicate bitterness.
Vintage 2005 is simply beautiful… This great champagne is delicious when enjoyed alone, but it is also marvelous with selected and refined dishes such as a roasted lobster with black truffle or piece of steamed turbot.

Champagne Pommery
