Royal Blue Sky in a magnum bottle is the result of a new Pommery Experiment: a traditional Champagne blend in which Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, blended with sugar, give way to a joyful moment.
The aromas it releases give the impression of holding our nose over a huge dessert buffet, where the aromatic complexity envelops us. On the palate, this anticipated sweetness takes shape, giving the wine all its grandeur and body. We detect all the flavor notes already encountered on the nose, but the whole experience unfolds in a silky, rich texture. This semi-dry champagne has a beautifully long finish, and its aftertaste remains very pleasant and marked by great freshness.
