The 2013 harvest, a crop of excellent quality, offers us great wines distinguished by their aromatic richness and structure.
After six years of cellar aging and a low dosage of 6g/l, we discover a champagne with a golden color that reveals candied fruit aromas and smoky notes on the nose. On the palate, the attack is frank and lively. Very well-balanced, it finishes on iodized and mineral notes of remarkable length.
