Champagne Blanc de Noirs from Maison Montaudon is exclusively elaborated from Pinot Noir, of which 23% of reserved wines.
On the nose, this champagne offers fresh red fruits aromas combined with mature shades such as dry nuts and light brioche aromas.
The palate is fleshy, with praline and hazelnuts notes, while being very fresh. The finish is ample and round. A real tasting delight.
This Blanc de Noirs champagne from Maison Montaudon is the perfect accompaniment to a stuffed goose or foie gras.
