Discover the Cuvée Noble Vintage 2020 from the House of Jean-Noël HATON, after 5 to 8 years of aging.
The golden yellow color is brilliant, with a beautiful effervescence of fine bubbles that form a creamy and persistent cordon. The nose is pleasant, open and perfumed. It offers aromas of apricot and plum jam, and after aeration notes of dried fruits. The mouth is powerful, fruity and structured, with a nice length in the finish.
This champagne is composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir of which 5 to 7% are vinified in wood. The Cuvée Noble Vintage 2020 will be perfect with iodine-flavored dishes, raw or cooked, white meat or even oriental and spicy cuisine.
It is a unique Champagne, a skilful alliance of blacks and whites that makes it a great wine, one that is not forgotten.

The Jean-Noël Haton Champagne House was founded in 1928. This family-run business in Damery is successfully independent and owns its vines in the Champagne region’s highest-rated “crus”.
Jean-Noël Haton and his son Sébastien make Champagne according to traditional and meticulous methods such as respecting the soil, controlling yields, seeking optimal maturity and vinifying plots separately, their sole aim being the quest for excellence.
