Regarding the Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Extra-Brut
This cuvée Mosaïque Extra-Brut, signed by the House of Jacquart, is a champagne with a lot of elegance, freshness, and a nice length.
It is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 27% Meunier, of which 1/3 are reserve wines. From season to season, the Maison Jacquart is in perpetual search of truth and perfection. Its minimalist dosage of 4gr/l, and 5 years of ageing in the cellar, reveal its profound nobility.
A champagne, with fine and airy bubbles, which leads to a very flowery nose, with fresh notes of bergamot and lemon peel. Once in the mouth, it's creamy, full, with citrus flavors. The iodized finish offers a pleasant freshness and a saline sensation, discreet and tasty.
The Cuvée Mosaïque Extra-Brut is to be served between 7 and 9 °C and will ideally accompany the most beautiful flavors of the sea like oysters, or carpaccio of scallops. It is also the perfect choice for tastings with mature cheeses such as Chaource or Langres de Champagne.
