Regarding the Champagne Heidsieck & Co Monopole Blue top Salmanazar
This "Blue Top" champagne is the main cuvée of Heidsieck & Co Monopole. It is made from the three grape varieties of the region with 70% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
The Blue Top cuvée has fine fresh bubbles well integrated with a straw yellow color, with emerald reflections. It has a powerful and generous nose and a vigorous and lively mouth, full of freshness with hints of citrus and fresh fruit.
This cuvée from Heidsieck & Co Monopole is very richly aromatic, with woody, spicy, toasted and even buttery notes. A Brut champagne with a lot of finesse!
A lively and complex Champagne, ideal as an aperitif or with white meats or seafood dishes such as shellfish or fish.
