Maison Duval-Leroy has created the M.O.F. cuvée in partnership with the "Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Sommeliers association".
This exceptional cuvée symbolizes excellence and respect for tradition.
The "Cuvée M.O.F" is an expressive Grand Champagne from the prestigious Premiers and Grands Crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Aged for more than 6 years, this elegant champagne reveals fine bubbles and aromas of flowers and lemon. On the palate, the attack is frank and the aromatic palette is impressive in its intensity and freshness.
The balance on the palate is magnificent, and the right acidity prolongs the pleasure with incredible persistence. A Champagne in the pure Duval-Leroy style, delicate and elegant.
With a low dosage (2.5g/l), this Champagne is the perfect accompaniment to roast Saint Pierre or foie gras toast.

The Duval-Leroy House is a family Champagne House that has been operating 200 hectares of vineyards since 1859. The vineyard is located on the Côte des Blancs, the preferred terroir for Chardonnays, and 40% of the vineyard is in Premier and Grand Cru!
Duval-Leroy offers us champagnes of great finesse and elegance. Champagnes elaborated with a great respect for the terroir, and which age for a long time in the cellar. This House was also the first to be certified High Environmental Value for its sustainable viticulture.
