Regarding the Champagne Drappier Rosé de saignée magnum

The DRAPPIER House is one of the few to elaborate the Rosé champagne by applying the traditional Saignée technique. A few days of maceration give this cuvée a deep color, marked by the Pinot Noir. With a low dosage, the mouth is remarkably expressive, with a great freshness.

No filtration, and minimal use of sulfur for this cuvée of exemplary purity of strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants punctuated by a touch of spices. On the palate, it offers a very nice balance, with a delicacy without equal.

Elegant as a rosé champagne de saignée should be, a success!

To drink immediately or to keep for 5 to 10 years.

To be served between 8º and 10º, this Rosé de Saignée from DRAPPIER, sold here in magnum, will be ideal as an aperitif and perfect with antipastis, fruit salad, smoked salmon, roasted lamb chops or strawberry salad.

An exceptional quality/price ratio!

Champagne Drappier

Founded in 1808, Drappier owns 55 hectares of vines of which all the classic grape varieties are represented with a dominant for the Pinot Noir (70%) but some forgotten grape varieties are also present such as the Petit Meslier, the Arbane...

This family business prefers authenticity and uses very little sulfur. It has also created a sulphur-free cuvée: the Cuvée Brut Nature without sulphite.

The strong presence of Pinot Noir gives birth to powerful, vinous champagnes that seduced General De Gaulle in 1965. To pay tribute to him, Drappier has dedicated the Cuvée Charles De Gaulle to him. It is also the only House to offer for sale all sizes of champagne bottles: from the quarter bottle to the Melchisedec (30 liters)!
