Maison Delamotte's Blanc de Blancs 2018 champagne is made from 100% Chardonnays Grands Crus from the Côte des Blancs 2018 harvest. A harvest with Chardonnays generous in quantity and quality!
After 4 years of ageing, the nose, dominated by fruit, offers aromas of citrus, pear and gradually opens up to sweet spices. On the palate, the attack is frank and mineral, gradually revealing aromas of summer fruits. A long finish. The elegance of great wines for laying down!
This gastronomic champagne is best served chilled, at around 8°c. It will pair divinely with sea bream ceviche, "dim sum" or game with truffles.
Maison Delamotte's Blanc de Blancs 2018 champagne is simply grandiose, the pinnacle of Blancs de Blancs champagnes. Its richness is matched only by its concentration, yet it's airy and generous! A grand vin de garde of great elegance.

Founded in Reims in 1760 by François Delamotte, this House is a real reference thanks to the constant quality of its champagnes, but also to its respect for the terroir from Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize, and Cramant: the famous Côte des Blancs.
