Brut Premier from LOUIS ROEDERER represents the best choice to discover one of the greatest and most famous Maison de champagne. This cuvée is faithful to its reputation : a full, complex wine that is both rich and powerful, whilst remaining a great classic.
A blend of around 40% Pinot noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, Brut Premier is matured in oak tuns. It is aged for 3 years in Louis Roederer’s cellars and left for a minimum of 6 months after disgorging.
Striking a perfect balance between youthfulness and maturity, seduction and character, freshness and vinosity, Brut Premier is a champagne that is harmonious and structured, elegant and lively, with a unique exuberancy.
Brut Premier’s fineness and freshness are perfect for the aperitif. Moreover, its richeness brilliantly pairs with fishes and shellfishes.

Champagne Louis Roederer
Still family-owned since 1776, Maison Louis Roederer boasts a vineyard of 420 exceptional plots covering 244 hectares, 70% of which are classified as Grand Cru.
The vineyard is extremely diverse, and a renaissance viticulture is applied with gentle, virtuous practices inspired by permaculture. A large part of the estate has already been converted to organic farming (it is the largest AB-certified area in Champagne).
Despite the worldwide success of its prestige cuvée, Cristal de Roederer, the company has remained in control of its supply, which is based almost exclusively on its own vineyards.
