The Champagne Exact Extra-Brut from Maison PANNIER is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier, including 30% reserve wines.

The bubbles are fine and light, the nose, both pure and complex, reveals notes of acacia and hazelnut bogue. In the mouth, the attack is racy, with a wild minerality and a subtle and persistent finish.

With a low dosage, this champagne, by its character both subtle and pure will accompany your aperitifs of course and all iodized dishes such as shellfish, sushi ...

A very good quality-price ratio for a purist champagne.
