The range Blin’s Limited Edition expresses a unique
and original character, the quintessence of their terroir.
Elaborated using ecological methods, based on the respect of the soil and controlled viticulture, this rosé champagne reveals power and strength associated with softness and lightness. The predominance of Chardonnay is confirmed by the fine aromas and their accuracy.
In the mouth, spicy and fruity notes mix with deeper aromas giving a vinous and structured character to the wine.
The general impression remains a great delicacy of lightness and structure. It is delicious with exotic cooking, such as a lamb tajine or a chicken Tandori.

Champagne Blin
Founded in 1947 in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, Champagne H.BLIN is a cooperative of 115 winegrowers whose vineyards cover 110 hectares. The cooperative is renowned for its signature cuvées based on the emblematic Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 70% of the estate (16% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir). The winegrowers work in harmony with nature, and have opted for sustainable viticulture, with several already certified as Agriculture Biologique (organic farming).
H.BLIN champagnes: these are terroir champagnes, with low dosage and reserve wines representing around 30% of the blend of each cuvée. Discover cuvées marked by purity, tension, freshness, fruitiness and typicity.
