Regarding the Champagne Beaumont Des Crayeres Fleur Blanche 2020
Fleur Blanche 2020 Champagne from Maison Beaumont des Crayères is a fresh, floral and pure Champagne Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Coeur de Cuvée Chardonnay in a beautiful 2020 vintage. The dosage is extra-brut.
After 5 years' rest, the bubbles are extremely fine. The expressive nose reveals aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit. Gradually, a beautiful freshness is revealed. On the palate, the attack is fresh and soft, with a sensation of roundness. A long finish of toasted almond and grapefruit.
Fleur Blanche 2020 from Maison Beaumont des Crayères is perfect as an aperitif or with shrimp tempura or salmon chirashi.

Champagne Beaumont Des Crayeres
Created in 1955, Beaumont des Crayères House is a cooperative that has long been committed to sustainable viticulture. 250 winegrowers work with respect for the environment on an 85-hectare estate of vines. One of the particularities of the domain is that the pinot meunier represents more than 60% of the supplies. And the vintage champagnes as well as the prestige vintages are made only from "Cœur de cuvée", whose aptitude for aging is incomparable.
The self-supply, the selection of the grapes, the harvest at ideal maturity, an adapted disgorgement as well as an ageing much longer than what is legally imposed make this House a great Champagne House by the quality of its work and its champagnes.
Regularly rewarded with prizes and recognized internationally, Beaumont des Crayères exports 75% of the 600,000 bottles produced each year.
