Regarding the Champagne Barons De Rothschild Brut Nature
This Brut Nature champagne is extremely pure. It is the most sincere expression of the terroir, composed of 60% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and 40% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, with 40% of reserve wines.
It comes from a parcel vinification, and exclusively from the cuvée, with more than 85% of Grands and Premiers Crus.
After an ageing of 4 years in cellar and 6 additional months after disgorging, we discover a cuvée with a very fine effervescence. The nose is pure, frank, salty and mineral, accompanied by aromas of peach. In the mouth, the attack is delicate, fresh, saline. It has a great aromatic richness, and the finish is precise, rich and juicy.
The Champagne Brut Nature from Barons de Rothschild is a model of balance and the absence of dosage sublimates the essence of this champagne. It will be perfect with a medallion of veal, a carpaccio of scampi or as a dessert with lemon mignardises.
