The Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2012, a mythical cuvée, is the quintessence of Maison TAITTINGER.
This champagne is a 100% Chardonnay, from the five villages classified as Grand Cru of the prestigious Côte des Blancs: Cramant, Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly and Oger.
It is only after a very slow and patient raising period of nearly 10 years in the chalky cellars of Saint-Nicaise that this exceptional cuvée comes into the light. The 2012 vintage, a low yielding vintage, offers a very rich and well balanced cuvée. A great vintage !
The bubble is fine, delicate, creamy. The nose reveals pastry notes as well as aromas of apricot, pear and candied citrus. It is a wine of great mineral power. The palate is ample, structured, with a rare aromatic purity.
Perfect for an exceptional celebration, this champagne will be perfect with a starter based on seafood, fine shellfish or fish.
It is the flagship of the House of TAITTINGER, their Cuvée de Prestige is one of the best Blanc de Blancs on the market!

J'ai reçu un colis intact, un peu délicat peut-être, mais intact et bien fermé. Quand je l'ai ouvert, j'ai vu qu'il contenait une bouteille de moins et un papier humide qui sentait le vin. Après l'avoir signalé au vendeur, j'ai découvert que le colis n'était pas le colis original, mais un colis refait par le coursier. Le vendeur, après m'avoir réprimandé pour le fait que je n'avais pas reçu le colis avec réserve (et pourquoi l'aurais-je fait ? le colis avait l'air intact), a fait des efforts considérables pour que je sois quand même remboursé de la valeur de la bouteille manquante. Au final, j'ai reçu plusieurs bouteilles avec l'étiquette ou la capsule un peu abîmée, mais dans l'ensemble je peux dire que j'ai été satisfait du service client qui a remboursé le montant directement sur ma carte de crédit.

Established in Reims since 1932, the Taittinger family house owns more than 290 hectares of vineyards, maintained in integrated viticulture, 170 of which are worked with ploughs and without herbicides.
