Discover Perrier-Jouët's Belle Epoque 2015 champagne in a limited-edition box designed by Fernando Laposse.
This cuvée is a blend of Grand Cru Chardonnay (50%) for floral notes, 45% Pinots Noirs for fruit and 5% Pinots Meuniers for roundness.
The fresh, delicate nose reveals notes of white flowers and pear, citrus and ginger, with a hint of salinity. On the palate, the attack is generous and lively, with an unctuous texture. Floral notes of lime blossom are followed by pear and grapefruit. An exceptional combination of finesse and freshness.
Six years' ageing in the Perrier-Jouët cellars and a low dosage perfect the beautiful harmony of this vintage.
Cuvée Belle Epoque 2015 would be wonderful with sole meunière, gambas with polenta or a fine Comté cheese.
This great champagne is presented here in an elegant gift box designed by Mexican artist Fernando Laposse, who was inspired by pollination, a complex process of interaction between plants and insects. The artist's creations are in line with Perrier-Jouët's environmental commitment to biodiversity. Simply sublime!
