Faire très attention à l’ouverture. Le bouchon était difficile à ôter et aurait pu casser. Il faut de la patience… tout se mérite! Grand contenant = excellente qualité. Je l’avais rafraîchie dans une grande caisse plastique remplie d’eau avec des pains de glace que j’avais fabriqués la semaine précédente.

Le champagne est magnifique, la bouteille également. Je trouve le conditionnement trop léger pour le transport, la boîte est arrivée tout à fait cassée et recollée avec papier collant, heureusement la bouteille n'avait pas souffert.

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre par avis vérifiés que la caisse bois a été endommagée pendant le transport. La caisse bois constitue l'emballage qui est imposé par les transporteurs aux maisons de champagne pour transporter et protéger les grands contenants. Bien qu’elle ait joué son rôle de protection, nous regrettons qu’elle ait été abîmée. Cordialement, Le Service Clients.
