The bubbles are fine and abundant. The nose reveals aromas of white peach, candied citrus and ginger. The palate is extremely delicate, with a lively, mature attack. The minerality, underlined by chalky notes, is balanced by roundness and power, with subtle hints of almond and bergamot.
