This champagne is the expression of one of the House’s historic vineyards: the AH83 vineyard, classified as a1er Cru; of a grape variety: Pinot Noir; of a vintage: 2012; of a wine.
On the nose, you’ll discover luscious aromas of bergamot, fruit in syrup, and candied orange. On the palate, the attack is fresh and crisp. Aromas of honey and fruit unfold, leading to a finish with notes of the sea and minerals.
