Maison Henriot's Brut 2014 Champagne is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, a blend of Premiers and Grands Crus that sublimates the strong, solid character of 2014.
After 8 years resting in the cellar, this Brut 2014 Champagne offers us aromatic power, gourmandise and elegance. The register is floral, fresh, vanilla and gourmand. On the palate, it is fresh and finishes on a slightly bitter note.
This cuvée is ideal as an aperitif, or as part of a meal, with scallops and leek fondue. A real delight!
