Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2009 is a great rosé champagne, rich, round and generous. The quality of the grapes from the 2009 harvest is exceptional, a quality underlined by beautiful aromas.
Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2009 is embodied by the fruit of the harvest, revealing the aromatic nuances of Pinot Noir: fig, raspberry, cherry, enhanced by the delicacy of Chardonnay.
More than ten years of waiting have produced a rosé champagne dominated by red fruit on the nose, supported by notes of gingerbread. On the palate, it's unctuous, with ripe, deep, fleshy fruit.
An iodized and vegetal combination would be perfect for this vintage 2009 rosé champagne. Pair it with sea urchins, kale or pork belly, and it's sure to work wonders.
