Treat yourself here to the "Influences" quadrilogy of Maison De Saint-Gall created around an experience of terroirs. You will discover four low-dose cuvées in order to preserve the personality of each and to please those looking for the authenticity of the terroir:
- Champagne "Le Minéral", a 100% Chardonnay, mainly from the village of Cramant for 52% of the blend and classified among the Grand Cru terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. It will be ideal around an aperitif for purists or with oysters.
- Champagne “Le Charpenté”, a blend of 81% Pinot noir and 19% Chardonnay, mostly from the village of Ambonnay (56% of its blend), a terroir classified Premier Cru of the Côte des Blancs. A cuvée with an assertive personality, which will sublimate a foie gras.
- Champagne “Le Généreux” from Premier Cru terroirs, 100% Chardonnay. Its Influences terroir is located mainly in the village of Vertus, 52% of the blend. A Blanc de Blancs with roundness and generosity. Ideal as an aperitif, or throughout a meal.
- Champagne "L'expressif", 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. Its Influences terroir is located in the villages of Oger at 47% and Mesnil-sur-Oger at 33%. A well-balanced champagne with character and power, perfect with shellfish or other dishes.

Champagne De Saint Gall
Behind the De Saint Gall brand lies a history unique in the Champagne region. Twelve production units, united for almost 40 years under the banner “Union Champagne”, have contributed to its creation and success.
Their trump card: an exceptional terroir in villages whose names are music to the ears of connoisseurs. This precious heritage covers over a thousand hectares of Premiers and Grands Crus vineyards, all classified from 95 to 100% on the Champagne “echelle des crus” rating system. It includes almost half the famous Côte des Blancs area, where Chardonnay reigns supreme, and some of the prestigious Montagne de Reims terroirs.
