The production of this Rosé through maceration of Pinot Noir is rare in Champagne. With a vineyard particulary rich in Pinot Noir, the Drappier house has the raw material from which to extract the grapes with the highest concentration of red fruits aromas. Its nose reveals red fruits and violet aromas, and thanks to a "prise de mousse" at low temperature, an effervescence of fine lace reveals flavours of citrus fruits and pepper. The uncompromising features of the Rosé in magnum is appreciated at any moment of the day or night. A very good quality/price ratio for this Rosé in magnum !

CHAMPAGNE DRAPPIER The history of the walls today inhabited by the DRAPPIER Family goes back to the 12th century when Saint Bernard had an annex to Clairvaux Abbey built in Urville. The vineyard which today surrounds these Cistercian cellars is the pride of our House. Cultivated in way as natural as possible, the vineyard gives life to grapes rich in complex aromas which al low the making of Champagnes with well established characters housed in exceptional bottles.
