Cuvée Extra-Brut from Maison CASTELNAU recalls gourmandise and authenticity in its extra-brut declination. This cuvée is characterised by a long raising period which balances with a great freshness.
Chardonnay dominates and sublimates the fruity aromas of Pinots. The nose unveils toasted and spicy notes, while the palate offers fineness and aromas of grape and apricots, ending on a candied lemon final.
This Extra-Brut cuvée from Maison CASTELNAU is aerial. Its low dosage highliths the blend’s authenticity and its long raising period of more than 7 years.
