Made exclusively from Premier and Grand Crus (60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir), Cuvée Joséphine 2014 will have spent 7 years in the cellar to give birth to a legendary Cuvée.
The minerality of the great Chardonnays combined with the structure of the great Pinots reveal an excellent 2014 vintage that blends delicacy, power and elegance.
The mousse is fine, the nose subtle and elegant with notes of walnut and almond. The palate is elegant and complex, revealing white fruit aromas and hints of white flowers. Joséphine 2014 is a perfect match for just-snacked langoustines or pan-fried scallops risotto.
