The Champagne Coeur des Bar Blanc de Noirs of the Maison Devaux is the reflection of the Côte des Bar: a 100% Pinot Noir of which 20 to 25% are from oak barrels. It is made from vines that have benefited for nearly 20 years from an environmentally friendly management, with a selection of parcels, some of which are in organic conversion.
After a minimum of 3 years in the cellar, this champagne of character offers us a rich and powerful nose with aromas of ripe fruits. In the mouth, the fruity and honeyed notes are in perfect harmony. The finish is fresh and refined.
When tasted, it is a real sensation of fullness and depth.
The Champagne Coeur des Bar Blanc de Noirs of the Maison Devaux will accompany roasted poultry, freshwater fish or cheese.

Founded in 1846 and located in the Côte des Bars, the Maison Devaux now belongs to the Champagne DEVAUX Wine Group. This house is renowned for its know-how and for the rigor of its work for a sustainable viticulture.
It offers a selection of classic champagnes such as Blanc de Noirs, Brut Vintage, Brut, Extra Brut and Rosé but also Cuvées resulting from plot selections: the Cuvées D which are the quintessence of the House.
Recently, the range has been completed by some rare bottles born from the collaboration of the House of Devaux and Michel Chapoutier: the sublime Cuvée Sténopé.
