Regarding the Champagne Deutz Amour de Deutz 2011 Magnum
"Since 1938, love has cradled the House of Deutz", is one of the House's maxims, which aptly represents this Blanc de Blanc cuvée, "Amour" vintage 2011. This magnum has been resting in the cellar for over 7 years, ensuring slow maturation and great complexity.
Amour de Deutz is a splendid expression of Chardonnay. On the nose, there are brioche aromas, followed by baked fruits such as apples and pears, and the gentle presence of white flowers. The palate is faithful to the aromas of the nose, full and silky with a beautiful sapid finish.
A wonderful magnum of champagne that never ceases to surprise and impress, so don't hesitate to pair it with oysters from Isigny-sur-Mer, caviar and raw fish like sashimi, or tuna carpaccio. This champagne is an invitation to share, to enjoy and, of course, to love!
This superb prestige cuvée, housed in a luxurious gift box, comes with its own jewel-like wire-wrapper, designed by Pascal MORABITO.
