This Cuvée de Prestige is a « Rosé de Saignée » champagne and is the result of short maceration period which brings its intense color. It is exclusively elaborated from Grands Crus Pinot Noirs of the village of Bouzy, and completed with Riceys.
A long aging period of 10 years offers a great 2008 vintage : straight, balanced with an exceptional aging potential.
This outstanding vintage is the result of patience and a slow, refined raising. Its aromas will strengthen over time.
