Regarding the Champagne Canard Duchene Cuvée Charles VII Blanc de Noirs
Made from black grape varieties sourced exclusively in Montagne de Reims (70% Pinots Noirs and 30% Pinots Meuniers), the Grande Cuvée Charles VII Blanc de noirs from Canard-Duchêne exudes intense, complex aromas of stewed fruits and delicately spiced notes.
This exceptional Cuvée de Prestige is mainly elaborated from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, and benefits from an optimal aging in the house’s cellar. While offering a great maturity, Cuvée Charles VII remains a wonderfully balanced champagne.
After 4 years of aging, the nose, both complex and powerful, reveals spicy notes. The mouth is powerful too, with aromas of stewed fruits and candied fruits.
Powerful, warm and intense, this food wine is particulary recommended to accompany meat served in sauce.
