The Fleur Noire 2014 cuvée from Maison Beaumont des Crayères is made from 100% Coeur de Cuvée, 100% Pinot Noir. This Blanc de Noirs is a full-bodied, fruity and fresh champagne.
This cuvée with fine bubbles, offers to the nose aromas of ripe fruits, fig and quince paste. The mouth is fresh and ample and reveals aromas of apricot jam, grapefruit and candied lemon. The finish is long, spicy and refreshing.
This gastronomic champagne will be a wonderful accompaniment to a duck breast with cranberries.

Champagne Beaumont Des Crayeres
Created in 1955, Beaumont des Crayères House is a cooperative that has long been committed to sustainable viticulture. 250 winegrowers work with respect for the environment on an 85-hectare estate of vines. One of the particularities of the domain is that the pinot meunier represents more than 60% of the supplies. And the vintage champagnes as well as the prestige vintages are made only from "Cœur de cuvée", whose aptitude for aging is incomparable.
The self-supply, the selection of the grapes, the harvest at ideal maturity, an adapted disgorgement as well as an ageing much longer than what is legally imposed make this House a great Champagne House by the quality of its work and its champagnes.
Regularly rewarded with prizes and recognized internationally, Beaumont des Crayères exports 75% of the 600,000 bottles produced each year.
