This great vintage 2012 is made only with Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, with a predominance of Pinot Noir (51%) for the typical taste of the House and Chardonnay (34%) for elegance and finesse and 15 % Meunier.
11% of wines are vinified and aged in oak to bring aromatic intensity and power.
On the palate, the attack is fresh and fiery. This 2012 vintage offers aromas of candied lemon, roasted pears and hazelnuts.
This champagne is a true gastronomic champagne. It can be tasted with veal, crayfish or shells St Jacques.

Champagne Veuve Clicquot
The famous Barbe-Nicole Ponsardin, nicknamed "the Veuve Clicquot", acquired, after the death of her husband in 1805, some of the best vines, constituting an exceptional wine-growing heritage which today covers 515 hectares.
The "grande dame of Champagne" also innovated by creating the first blended rosé champagne. Since 1877, the House of Veuve Clicquot has dressed its bottles with a recognizable orange-yellow label, with an anchor, symbol of hope, as a logo.
