Discover the worldwide iconic Rosé cuvée from Maison Veuve Clicquot in its special edition of the Ice Jacket.
This Rosé champagne is sourced from a blend composed of 55 different crus, and based on the same traditional structure than Brut Carte Jaune. It is elaborated from 30 to 45% of reserve wine, with a majority of Pinot Noirs (50 to 55%), being then faithfull to the spirit of every VEUVE CLICQUOT champagne. Then, 28 to 33% of Chardonnay for the fineness and elegance, and finally 15 to 20% of Meunier. 12% of red wine complete the blend and reinforces the fruity character of this cuvée.
Following a minimum of 3 years of cellar aging, this Rosé champagne unveils explosive red fruits aromas, dried nuts and pastries. The palate is full-bodied, structured, vinous and fresh.
Length and character characterizes this Rosé champagne, which is wonderful during the meal with tuna, beef carpaccio, tomatoes or with a red fruit dessert.
