Cuvée Alain Thienot 2008 is the signature of the House's expertise and exacting standards in a great vintage.
Thiénot Vintage is the unique interpretation of a prestigious year, the fruit of slow, passionate winemaking. It is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Grands Crus and 30% Premiers Crus. It expresses the best of the vintage's character, offering great aromatic complexity and always a beautiful freshness.
This is a great champagne wine, combining persistence and concentration. The nose is complex and expressive. The palate is suave and fresh, with exceptional length.
With all these qualities, Cuvée Alain Thiénot 2008 is the ideal companion for an aperitif accompanied by cured ham; this vintage also goes perfectly with white fish and noble shellfish.

Champagne Thienot
The House of Alain Thiénot, founded in 1985, is the youngest of the great Champagne Houses. This family and independent House was born from the will of Alain Thiénot, champagne broker for many years, to create his own champagnes.
Thanks to his experience and his privileged links with the winegrowers, he ensures a unique supply of grapes because "there is no great champagne without great wines". With his two children, Garance and Stanislas, they continue the development of the house in a resolutely modern spirit like the vintages they elaborate.
