Regarding the Champagne Thienot Brut 2012
THIENOT's Brut 2012 Champagne, a subtle balance of richness and finesse, is composed mainly of Pinot Noir (65%), topped by 25% Chardonnay and 10% Meunier (including 18% Grands Crus and 47% Premiers Crus.).
A perfect example of mastery, THIENOT's Brut 2012 champagne expresses the virtuosity of this house. Dedicated to exceptional moments, the brut millésimé champagne is a unique interpretation of this excellent year.
The bubbles are lively and fine. The nose reveals notes of citrus and yellow fruit, evolving towards honey. The palate is generous and round, and this great 2012 vintage offers us great aromatic complexity and always a beautiful freshness!
After seven years in the cellar, this champagne is ideal as an aperitif, and would be perfect at the start of a meal with fish or lobster.

The House of Alain Thiénot, founded in 1985, is the youngest of the great Champagne Houses. This family and independent House was born from the will of Alain Thiénot, champagne broker for many years, to create his own champagnes.
Thanks to his experience and his privileged links with the winegrowers, he ensures a unique supply of grapes because "there is no great champagne without great wines". With his two children, Garance and Stanislas, they continue the development of the house in a resolutely modern spirit like the vintages they elaborate.
