Concernant le Champagne Soutiran 2015 Grand Cru

Champagne 2015 Grand Cru from Soutiran represents the quintessence of the family know-how, with an exceptional cuvée which combines fineness and complexity.

It is sourced from a wise blend of the best Chardonnays (44%) and Pinots Noirs (56%), exclusively classified Grands Crus. This champagne unveils with elegance the richness of the terroir.

It's vinified in oak barrels and it has been raised for 8 years on slats and offers to the nose aromas of quince, pear and honey, with an intense iodine minerality.
The palate is suave and reveals the fruits with density, while the palate is very fresh. The final is full-bodied and harmonious, hallmark of an exceptional champagne.

A very limited production for this racy and elegant champagne, which can be stored in your cellar between 3 and 5 years. Presented in its elegant box, this champagne is perfect for the aperitif as well as during a gastronomic meal.

Champagne Soutiran

The Soutiran Champagne House, a family-run house of 6 hectares, is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Ambonnay, which benefits from the prestigious "Grand Cru" distinction.

The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are planted on slopes with chalk soils particularly rich in magnesium. This specificity of the village's terroir gives a minerality to the wines which express themselves through saline and iodine notes. Another particularity of these champagnes is that they are aged between 5 and 8 years, much longer than the appellation requires, in order to reveal the structure of these wines.

By combining the family heritage, the passion for wine and the love of Champagne, the Soutiran family seeks originality without betraying the terroir and traditions.
