Regarding the Champagne Ruinart R de Ruinart 2015 second skin case

You will discover a structured champagne with a dynamic balance and a beautiful aromatic complexity. It is composed of 44% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir and 12% Meunier, mainly from Premiers Crus and Grands Crus.

The nose opens with notes of pear, then fennel, cardamom and licorice and finally green tea. On the palate, the attack is fresh, the champagne becomes ample and unctuous, revealing notes of fresh white fruits. The finish is elegant and lively, supported by a slight bitterness and salinity.

The champagne R de Ruinart 2015, both fresh and firm, will go wonderfully well with a Bresse poultry, soft-boiled eggs or a carpaccio of scallops.

Treat yourself with the iconic bottle in its environmentally friendly, light and refined case especially created to reduce carbon footprint compared to classic cases. Maison RUINART always remains one step ahead and innovates again with this case which is elaborated from natural wood fibers and sourced from sustainably managed European forests. It perfectly fits the shape of the bottle. A totally different case for a unique bottle : THE perfect gift

Champagne Ruinart

It is the very first Champagne House, founded in 1729 by the monk Dom Thierry Ruinart. Over time, Ruinart has become a reference for champagne and the French art of living all over the world.

The unique shape of its bottle is a tribute to the historical bottles of the 18th century. The House has the deepest and most majestic chalk pits in Reims, listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site since 2015, and has one of the most beautiful cellars in the world, eight kilometers long, listed as a Historic Monument since 1931.

In its constant quest for quality, excellence and authenticity, the House has chosen Chardonnay, a rare and fragile grape variety, which is the signature and soul of its champagnes. Discover here the finesse, purity, aromatic freshness, roundness, and elegance for which Ruinart is renowned.
