Regarding the Champagne Ruinart 4 Ruinart Rosé in wooden box

Brut Rosé from Maison RUINART is the very first rosé champagne ever created. It is elaborated from 45% Chardonnay, 55% Pinot Noir (18 to 19% of it being vinified as red), and completed with 20 to 25% of reserve wine from the two previous years. The Chardonnay’s freshness perfectly balances the roundness and nature of Pinot Noir.

The nose is subtle and fresh. It unveils exotic and small red fruits aromas, then develops rose and pomegranate notes.

On the palate, Ruinart Rosé offers a complex and intense aromatic bouquet. The silky and fleshy palate develops pomegranate, grapefruit and pepermint aromas.

The « RUINART Taste » is clearly represented with this cuvée, which is without any doubt one of the greatest rosé champagne ever created. It is delicious when served with a gaspacho, shrimps, lamb or even with a rose-flavored macaroon.

Four bottles are presented in a contemporary wood box. Authentic and elegant, the box has a fire marking on each side, recalling the ancient customs.

Ruinart is the very first champagne house that use wooden boxes to ship their champagnes, since 1789. The Ruinart wooden case is made in France, and the wood is sourced from environment-friendly forests. A great gift idea !

Champagne Ruinart

It is the very first Champagne House, founded in 1729 by the monk Dom Thierry Ruinart. Over time, Ruinart has become a reference for champagne and the French art of living all over the world.

The unique shape of its bottle is a tribute to the historical bottles of the 18th century. The House has the deepest and most majestic chalk pits in Reims, listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site since 2015, and has one of the most beautiful cellars in the world, eight kilometers long, listed as a Historic Monument since 1931.

In its constant quest for quality, excellence and authenticity, the House has chosen Chardonnay, a rare and fragile grape variety, which is the signature and soul of its champagnes. Discover here the finesse, purity, aromatic freshness, roundness, and elegance for which Ruinart is renowned.
