Concernant le Champagne Pol Roger Rosé Millésime 2009
Champagne Rosé 2009 from Maison Pol Roger is elaborated from the blend of cuvée Brut Vintage (60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay) to which is added 15% of red wine (Pinot Noir) sourced from the best crus of the Montagne de Reims.
Sensuality and delicacy truly characterizes this champagne which has been produced in limited quantity. Cuvée Rosé 2009 was raised for 7 years in cellar and offers now a champagne with fine bubbles and a great aromatic complexity on the nose (honey first, red fruits and then spicy flavors).
On the palate, the first sensation is lively, with a beautiful balance between freshness and elegance. This extremely fine champagne offers exotic fruit and floral notes, and conclude with a fresh final.
Champagne rosé 2009 from Maison Pol Roger wonderfully accompanies salmon, but also light pink meats or a fruit tarts. Every bottle is presented in its free gift case.
