The Cuvée Oenophile Non Dosé 2018 from the House of PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS is a 100% Chardonnay. A complex champagne, perfectly matured.
After spending a long time aging on the lees, we discover a great champagne Nature of superb finesse. It benefits from a very "Grands Crus" blend (70%) (45% Cramant Grand Cru, 30% Chouilly Grand Cru, 22% Cuis 1er cru and 3% Oger Grand Cru).
The 2018 Oenophile is the same blend as the 2018 Fleuron, without dosage (i.e. without shipping liqueur). This natural champagne is the extract of Great Chardonnay, intended for lovers of very racy champagnes, lovers of mineral Blanc de Blancs.
Currently, between discretion and complexity, the Cuvée Oenophile Non Dosé 2018 from the House of PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS is to be savored on its own, for an intense emotion, with a chalky mineral finish, or to sublimate a seafood platter.

In the world of champagnes, there is a true "Pierre Gimonnet" signature. It is refined, elegant, wise, never exuberant. This style is the creation of Michel Gimonnet in 1935, the father of Olivier and Didier Gimonnet who are now in charge of the 28 hectares of Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
Over the years, they have succeeded in sublimating the House's wines. The brothers, in love with their terroir, perpetuate a timeless wine style, based on freshness and aromatic finesse. Unique and prized "Grands Blancs".
