Belle Epoque is the perfect expression of PERRIER-JOUËT's oenological style; floral, stylish, diamond-cut, highlighting the best Chardonnays of the Côte des Blancs.
It is one of the most renowed Cuvée de Prestige in the world. The famous bottle is decorated with anemones, and was created in 1902 by Emile Gallé, one of the greatest figures of the Art Nouveau movement, and it has become the emblem of Perrier-Jouët and its art of living.
This cuvée Belle Epoque 2008 is a crystalline vintage whose subtlety and generosity highlight the precision of the Perrier-Jouët style.
Over six years of ageing in Perrier-Jouët’s historic cellars and a low dosage (9g/l), Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2008 embodies the generosity and sophistication of this great vintage, while preserving the House style.
It pairs wonderfully with the salty freshness of seafood, the subtle flavour of tender poultry, or and the pure sweetness of lightly sugared fruit desserts.
