This Blancs de Blancs champagne from Maison PANNIER offers us a fresh, fleshy and distinguished wine. This 100% Chardonnay has a beautiful elegance and great finesse.
After at least three years of ageing in the cellar, we discover a champagne with a light golden color and fine bubbles. The nose reveals generous aromas of peach and citrus fruits. And in mouth it is at the same time balanced, greedy and fleshy. We find the fruitiness of the nose accompanied by a soft mineral freshness.
The House PANNIER offers us here a champagne of fresh and mineral character, while associating the fruitiness and sweetness so characteristic of the House.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne will be perfect as an aperitif, as well as during a meal with gougères, roasted scallops or a creamy cheese...

Established since 1899, in Dizy by Louis-Eugène Pannier and then in Château-Thierry, at the western end of the Marne Valley appellation and vineyards, Maison Pannier benefits from the incomparable quality of the grapes that come directly from the best terroirs of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
The house has developed an exceptional mastery of these three grape varieties to offer its blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs cuvées supple, greedy, fruity and aperitif characters. You will find here elegant champagnes.
