With its astonishing bottle, this extra-brut champagne for connoisseurs is composed of 57% Chardonnay and 43% Pinot Noir. Following 8 years of aging in cellars, this cuvée is exceptional : a great balance, pulpy and elegant both, with a powerful generosity. Its delicate bubbles unveils floral notes to the nose, together with white and yellow fruits aromas. The palate offers an incredible aromatic richness.
Egérie 2012 from Maison PANNIER is characterized by a complex and fresh style with generous notes. It is delicious for the aperitif as well as during a gastronomic meal, when enjoyed with delicate dishes such as caviar, lobster carpaccio, sweetbreads with morels or even a roasted turbot.

Established since 1899, in Dizy by Louis-Eugène Pannier and then in Château-Thierry, at the western end of the Marne Valley appellation and vineyards, Maison Pannier benefits from the incomparable quality of the grapes that come directly from the best terroirs of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
The house has developed an exceptional mastery of these three grape varieties to offer its blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs cuvées supple, greedy, fruity and aperitif characters. You will find here elegant champagnes.
