The Extra Brut Organic Collection champagne is the brand new cuvée of NICOLAS FEUILLATTE champagnes.
After 4 years of ageing, this organic cuvée offers very fine and lively bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of quince jelly and vine peach. In mouth, we discover notes of brioche, toast. The structure is assertive. The harmony in mouth tempers the freshness and the verve of the champagne. It is accompanied by notes of raspberries and pomegranate to end on a mineral finish.
This Extra Brut champagne, perfect as an aperitif, can also accompany a salmon gravlax, baked oysters, or simply a quiche of grilled vegetables, or goat cheese.
