The Blanc de Blancs champagne of the NAPOLEON House is a perfectly balanced cuvée to which the ageing for more than 4 years has conferred a pleasant and perfectly controlled freshness. This champagne, combining power and finesse, is of great vinosity.
Made from Premier Cru Chardonnay and with a low dosage of 7gr/l, it gives off acidulous notes of citrus and candied peel on the nose and a delicate freshness on the palate, then unfolds towards the fruit. Its bubble is fine and creamy. Without question, a Blanc de Blancs of great purity and extreme finesse.
It can be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with a meal, for example with a fricassee of scallops, a fish with white butter, or a mature cheese.
This Champagne Blanc de Blancs from NAPOLÉON is a wine of the soil which will not leave anyone indifferent.
